Our History
Founded in 1971, Group Insurance, Inc. was established to fill the growing demand for employee benefit services across Louisiana. With rising costs and changes spanning all sectors of the insurance industry, independent health agents became more prevalent, which created a need for agent support. Now, GII is the most tenured health insurance brokerage company in the state and is represented by thousands of brokers, making it the largest in Louisiana.
